Merrill Corporation Northwest Division IdentityMerrill Corporation needed a new identity for their Northwest Division. They wanted an updated brand that reflected elements of their parent company Merrill Corporation, but that brought in aspects of the Pacific Northwest, and also incorporated a logo mark that could be used in diverse ways for marketing and brand recognition. We identified three distinct areas of the company that we wanted to represent within the logo; Supply Distribution, Custom Accounting, and Fulfillment. The final version depicts those three elements in the mark reflecting the incoming and outgoing aspects of each using positive and negative space.
